About the Position

We are seeking an Account Coordinator who will report to the Sales Manager and will be tasked with efficiently managing the fulfillment and operational delivery for their corporate training clients. This involves providing top-notch customer service to corporate clients, as well as coordinating with various teams to ensure that client expectations are met. The position requires a professional demeanour and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our clients vision, goals, and purpose to clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate training fulfillment for clients.
  • Handle end-to-end processes of all associated tasks, including setting up virtual sessions and addressing queries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create, deliver, and present proposals in a timely manner.
  • Write contracts accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress (WIP) documents, requirements, CRM, and fulfillment status.
  • Develop expertise in the learning management system and provide guidance to clients on accessing relevant information.
  • Facilitate communication between consultants and clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and relevant internal stakeholders to update collateral documents.
