Six Degrees Executive have partnered with Australian Made Campaign Ltd (AMCL) as they embark on a game changing Digital Transformation Project. This not-for-profit organisation administers and promotes the iconic Australian Made, Australian Grown (AMAG) logo and supports many well-known brand names.

AMCL have undergone a significant period of growth over the last two years, and they are now looking for an IT Project Manager to deliver their digital transformation initiative while also managing the organisation’s day-to-day IT requirements.

The opportunity:


As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in modernising AMCL’s IT landscape that will create an integrated and customer focused way of working, enhance customer experience and reduce manual processes.
 
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):   
  • Implementing the Digital Transformation objectives
  • Managing AMCL’s day-to-day IT resources and requirements
  • Gathering detailed requirements across the organisation to clarify business needs
  • Preparing reports for the CEO, Finance, Risk & Technology Committee and AMCL board
  • Providing data analysis, managing data risks and ensuring data integrity and compliance with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards (VPDSS V2.0)
  • Implementing change, inclusive of training and ongoing support
  • Conducting hands-on configuration and testing of the selected software solution/s
  • Engaging with key third-party vendors (infrastructure and software)
Please note this is a 12 to 24 month fixed-term contract engagement with both parties agreeing on the completion date pending successful delivery of the above.
 
About you:

To be considered for this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Established technology delivery experience in a standalone capacity inclusive of managing schedule, milestones, costs, budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to identify business needs, both functionally and reporting wise, with solid data analysis/digital/IT architecture experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders yet able to converse informally with the team on a daily basis
  • Proven Change Management experience delivering both technology and business outcomes
  • Third-party vendor management with the ability to push back as needed
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Power Automate and Active Directory Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MYOB and/or Xero (desirable) 
In addition, ideally, you will also have awareness and/or experience working within membership-based organisations. You will be highly adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
