The Role:
 
As Ārepa continues to expand globally they are seeking a passionate and dynamic Country Manager to grow their existing presence in Australia. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive, develop and execute strategies to increase sales, expand their customer base and ultimately grow the brand’s visibility and NPD pipeline across major grocery. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and leading a team of 3 across Sales and Marketing, (with the view to scope and growth the long-term business and team structure), you will lead the Australian business as your own business unit, with the support and international success to take Ārepa to the next level.


 
About You:


  • FMCG Grocery expert: The ideal candidate has a strong and reputable career working within FMCG beverage and/or food with exceptional experience managing Grocery accounts (Woolworths & Coles).
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage a high- performing team towards achieving the company’s goals.
  • Business Acumen: An in-depth understanding of business operations, P&L management with the ability to create business decisions to drive the growth of the brand.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans that drive sales, expand accounts and grow brand visibility.
  • Agility: The ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changing market trends, customer needs and the requirements of working in a small, ‘start-up’ environment.
  • Passion: As a Health and wellness brand, Ārepa is looking for someone who shares their passion and drive for improving people’s health and well-being.
