Our client:
Six Degrees Executive have partnered with an Australian business who invests in and develops commercial, retail, logistics & warehousing and residential property in Australia.
 
The opportunity:
This 3 month contract will see you reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager where you are responsible for providing a comprehensive range of IT and SharePoint technical support to employees across the business. The focus is to ensure all employees have access to functional technology resources, including computer hardware, software, mobile devices and printers, collaboration, and virtual meeting technology.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to technical support queries and incidents from the business via the Service Desk ticketing system, face-to-face, email and telephone.
  • Ensure all incidents and interactions are logged in the Service Desk ticketing system and meet completeness and quality requirements.
  • End to end ownership of incidents and incident resolution against agreed SLAs
  • Provide remote and onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution to technical issues on hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Identify reoccurring incidents and requests and contribute to problem resolution including appropriately escalating calls or tickets to other IT team members, ensuring all necessary information is documented.
 
About you:
 
  • Tertiary (or equivalent) qualifications and 2+ years’ experience as Desktop Support
  • 2+ years’ experience providing SharePoint support and/or administration.
  • Strong Windows administration and support experience using current technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration and support experience
  • Active Directory/Azure AD administration
  • ITIL trained and experience with mobile device management (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
