About the role
Reporting into the General Manager, Brand & Marketing, this newly created role will develop the annual marketing and communications plan and work to align the Marcomms team and broader organisation around key priorities and needs. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and overseeing delivery of the overarching marketing & communications plan;
- Leading and owning the planning for major campaigns to ensure and enable an integrated GTM approach;
- Playing an integral role in process development and evolution; and
- Forecasting and budgeting.
About you
- Qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Media or a related field.
- Background in TTL campaign management.
- 5 years + experience in marketing and/or digital
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing planning and prioritisation.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, collaborate with and drive alignment from teams.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and embedding new processes and ways of working.
- Strong commercial acumen and grasp of effective budget forecasting and management.
- Excellent project management skills.
