We are currently working with an iconic retailer to appoint a IT Procurement Specialist. As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts with vendors for various IT equipment, software, and services.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery for IT goods and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors that meet business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure best value for the company.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and provide recommendations for procurement options.
  • Analyse market trends and leverage technology to improve procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
