About the Role:
Due to strong growth plans, our client has created a new role to support in the evolution of the business. They are looking to employ a Regional Manager to oversee the existing network of four health clubs and support in the expansion of the network. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to establish monthly KPIs and performance goals and oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient running of the clubs. The role involves providing leadership, direction, mentoring, and professional development to the team, with the goal of enabling them to reach their full potential.
The job also entails maintaining the core business and structured sales framework, implementing a sales training program, and working collaboratively with the Director to execute the Marketing Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and upholding company standards, policies, procedures, and culture across all the sites.
The role includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including providing new team members with a comprehensive induction and onboarding experience. Furthermore, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Regional and Club Managers to provide effective HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implement core HR processes (e.g., promotions, bonuses), manage payroll as an interface with the external payroll provider, and oversee rostering across the multi-sites.
Skills & Experience:
We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee a multi-site fitness brand with a focus on maintaining a high-performance sales culture. This role will suit a proactive and versatile individual who can contribute to and enhance an already robust foundation. This person should have a proven history of leading multi-site teams within a retail or fitness industry, alongside managing finances and operations effectively, and the aptitude to engage proficiently with various stakeholder groups to propel the club to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, supporting employees and clients to achieving their goals and have strong commercial acumen and a drive to succeed.
