About the Role:
As a Service Coordinator you will manage the deployment of solutions for new and existing customers through coordination and scheduling of installation and service work. You wll also be responsible for maintaining professional, timely and clear communication with installers, contractors, customers.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all orders are processed within a designated timeframe
  • Liaise with installers and customer to manage execution of service and installation work
  • Ensure company processes and procedures are followed
  • Provide a contact point with customers to obtain the level of customer satisfaction they require
  • Manage, Monitor and Report on all service work surrounding all customers

Skills and Experience:
  • High level of customer service skills both face to face & over the phone
  • Willingness to take ownership & be held accountable
  • Ability to work within a fast paced positive culture, supporting a strong team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationship.
  • Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology a bonus but not necessary.
