About the role

This is an exciting sales leadership position that requires an experienced & resilient individual to take the sales business through transformation, shifting them from a conventional sales environment into a dynamic, high performing sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ascertain what best practice for the team looks like and put in place sales systems and operational processes to ensure this is achieved; including CRM customisation and usage, KPI setting, accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Work closely with the broader leadership team, including Finance, Marketing, Events and HR.
  • Achieve set sales targets across the 3 key pillars
  • Drive cultural change across the team
About you

To be successful in this role you will be a high performing sales leader that has had experience transforming a sales business based on improvement of team capability, culture and results. You are a natural leader and influencer that has a true passion for business growth. You will also:
  • Be a leader with executive presence, a people person, and a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Have previous experience driving team uplift in CRM usage to ensure accurate sales forecasting, KPI management and pipeline management
  • Be an experienced sales leader that has turned around under-preforming sales teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be excellent managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to drive positive business outcomes
  • Have significant experience working across B2B Services, Professional Services or Corporate Training
