About the role

Our client is seeking an passionate and driven Customer Marketing Manager to join their Electronic Imaging & Optical Devices team that is ultimately responsible for the development and execution of the customer and channel marketing strategies.  Reporting into the National Marketing and Category Manager you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive customer marketing plans and initiatives to drive market share gains and achieve sales revenue targets. This includes adapting master brand marketing campaigns to fit customer- specific requirements, collaborating with the broader marketing team on campaigns and working with agency partners to develop customer marketing materials. The Customer Marketing Manager will also be responsible for budget management, conducting post- campaign analysis, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who has both B2B and B2C marketing experience and would like to take the initiative to lead our customer and channel transformation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver comprehensive customer marketing plans and calendars to drive market share gains

  • Adapt master brand marketing campaigns to fit customer-specific or channel specific requirements

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and sales operations teams to develop customer activations and marketing initiatives

  • Work with agency partners to develop customer or channel marketing material

  • Conduct post- campaign analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Develop and implement annual event strategies for impactful customer trade events

  • Lead and execute national and customer channel specific promotions, including cashback, trade up, etc.

  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

  • Support quality assurance and environmental management policies

  • Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ business, 5+ years B2C & B2B marketing experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industry

  • Customer and/or channel marketing experience desirable
