About the Role
The Key Account Manager will play a vital role in driving sales and market growth in targeted territories and accounts. This key position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and reporting across all go-to-market channels. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of effective sales activities in specific accounts to achieve the company's strategic objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, productivity, customer engagement, brand equity, and innovation.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Account Management gained within the soft goods industry. With exposure to managing National Accounts, they will have excellent communication and analytical skills, and a track record of success in driving business growth. They will possess exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationship building and influencing skills. Experience in managing international accounts or distributors is highly desired.
