About the Company:

Six Degrees Executive have partnered with an innovative ASX listed company that is seeking a Web content producer to support the Digital Product/s Team in reimagining the customer experience through collaborating with different business units to create, plan and schedule website content for Australia and New Zealand markets. As the Web content producer, you will ensure that content objectives are achieved in a timely manner whilst upholding strong user design principles to ultimately drive business outcomes to better provide a seamless customer experience.

High – level Remit:
  • Represent the web content team in stakeholder meetings and clearly articulate the role of thew website in the customer journey
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and prioritise digital products with Martech/ IT delivery team
  • Develop, manage, and publish website content collaboratively with content team
  • Support SEO goals and optimisation efforts with agency recommendations
  • Monitor and optimise website performance through data analysis, testing and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
  • Worked in retail/ service-based organisation in central marketing functions and has experience in online customer experience and information design
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and empower delivery teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing principles, as well as online analytical/ intelligence tools                                                                              
  • An organised and proactive individual who is constantly looking for ways to improve efficiencies and work under pressure
