About the role:
The role of a Sales Executive is to promote our client’s products and services while ensuring that customer relationships are effectively managed. The key objective of the role is to add value to their customers and achieve results that align with the company’s sales targets. Key point of contact between you and its tier 1 and tier 2 customers. Increase revenue via existing and new customers, with current and future product portfolio. To be successful in this role, you will need to cultivate and expand existing relationships, while also forging new ones and working to create mutually beneficial business opportunities and executing your strategic sales plan; driving both sell-in and sell-through of their products. A passion for camping and the lifestyle will be a huge advantage.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships within your territory (Queensland & Nth NSW)
  • Build on existing and discover new business opportunities.
  • Travel through the territory to regularly call on customers and prospective customers.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of category products.
  • Negotiate and finalise pricing agreements within scope with customers as required.
Skills & experience
Ideally a minimum of 5 years of working experience within the Outdoor, Camping or 4x4 (or similar) industry within a B2B Sales focused role
  • Demonstrate an ability to sell-in and support sell-through of a portfolio of products at a B2B level
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Outdoor products, particularly Tents, Furniture & Mobile Cooking
  • A strong skillset in presenting information utilising Microsoft suite of products and face-to-face training sessions
  • Possess a technical aptitude and understanding of RV products or demonstrate a capacity to learn their RV product portfolio
  • Ability to set priorities, work autonomously, achieve objectives, and resolve issues within an acceptable timeframe
