About the role
Our client is looking for a passionate Digital Marketer to join their team as the Digital Marketing Manager, in this role you will drive digital marketing and provide a strategic point of view of how digital contributes to an integrated marketing strategy. Reporting into the National Marketing and category manager, you will play a pivotal role for developing and executing the digital strategy, in line with overall marketing strategy, and providing guidance to the marketing team on best in class media planning to deliver digital led campaigns that resonate with their target audience.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital strategy, in line with overall marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with our media agency and internal marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including Social Media, SEO/ SEM, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Utilise data-driven insights and analytic tools to measure campaign performance and optimise marketing efforts
  • Work closely with Product and Brand managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Manage content strategy and community engagement on social media platforms, ensuring brand guidelines and industry requirements are met
  • Lead website management, including content planning, creating, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support new product launches and drive brand awareness and consideration
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators to track success of digital marketing initiatives and provide insights stakeholders
  • Drive digital marketing for NPD launches, collaborating with Product and Brand manager, creative agencies and stakeholders to generate awareness and brand consideration through best practices and innovative approaches

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing preferably within FMCG or consumer electronics industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, including content management, SEO/ SEM, 3email marketing, and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics, ad serving tools, and media planning tools
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to leverage data to make data-driven decisions and optimise marketing performance. 
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data from 3rd party sources to informed marketing strategies and decision making
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives
  • Hands-on expertise in executing and optimising end to end marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Ability to work independently and proactively set targets and tasks
