The Role:
The remit of this role is broad with responsibility for managing finance, compliance, people, technology and strategy.  We are seeking a professional leader, able to lay foundations essential to further growth.   As such, the role will require establishing a robust strategic and business planning processes and then working with the leadership team to operationalise the strategy and deliver on growth. 
 
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be an accomplished professional leader, with expertise in financial and operations management ideally gained within a professional / business services environment.  We are seeking someone who understands the finance and operational processes required to scale.  Being a SME, the role will require you to be both strategic and hands-on as needed.   Most importantly, you will have a genuine commitment to the organisations vision and strategy, leading staff across different functions, whilst providing constructive feedback and advice to the Senior Executive Group.
