The Opportunity
 
This in an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Finance Systems Analyst to join the finance team within this global market leader as the Systems SME. Supporting a range of internal stakeholders, this role will partner with the business to enhance reporting capabilities, provide advice to facilitate informed decision making and ensure risk controls are implemented.

The role

As a true systems SME within the transformation team, you will have a real passion for systems, data analytics and insights. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Leading, developing, and implementing systems, automated reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies across the FP&A team.
  • Creating performance reporting and analysis at month-end and on a range of internal projects.
  • Interpret and prepare data required to deliver internal customers meaningful business reports that will drive strategy for revenue growth and cost cutting.
  • Build business partnering relationships with various stakeholders.

You
 
Being degree qualified, the ideal candidate will have at least 3-years’ experience within a Systems Analyst role and should be able to clearly demonstrate advanced MS Excel modelling skills including Power Query and BI. Experience with Oracle & TM1 would be preferred but not essential.
 
With an inquisitive mind, you will enjoy and be proficient at analysing financial date and be comfortable working within an ever-changing environment.
 
This is a role for somebody who collaborates well across the organisation but can also work autonomously as a self-starter where required and who has a very strong eye for detail.
