About the role
Reporting to the National Business Manager, this role will have sole responsibility for the entire B2C eCommerce channel, with strong support to the Ecommerce team in Europe. You will be the subject matter expert for ANZ, leading Pureplay and Omni Channels for Pet Specialty, Retail and Amazon.
With a strong portfolio, share and 40% of sales already in existence within the channel, there is a significant opportunity to continue to grow with exciting projects on the horizon. This role is a rare and exciting opportunity for an established National Account Manager to take the reins.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a National Account Manager within consumer products
- Proven success managing eCommerce is highly desirable but NOT essential.
- Experience managing Pet Speciality and/or Alternative channels (Aldi, CostCo, Independents) would also be considered.
- Strong cross-functional working relationships with Marketing, Digital and Global Teams
- Excitement working as a subject matter expert, with the agility to roll up the sleeves and be a strategic head
- Analytically minded with a customer centric approach
