This in an exciting opportunity for a first-time mover from one of the big four chartered firms to join a leading FMCG organisation as a Group Finance Manager, supporting monthly statutory group consolidation and taking ownership of technical accounting requirements including tax obligations.
 
The Role
 
As the Group Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
 
  • Responsible for month-end closing procedures and group consolidation.
  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting.
  • Preparing half year and year-end tax effective calculations.
  • Preparation of the annual income tax and FBT returns.
  • Manage the relationship with external auditors.
  • Support with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
