Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join their team at a boutique professional services firm. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial services to our diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include preparing management reports, financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a range of clients, as well as liaising with statutory authorities on their behalf. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Partner and team to ensure the timely completion of client work and handle necessary correspondence.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management reports, financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for individual, partnership, company, trust, and superfund clients.
  • Complete FBT returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities such as the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner and team to meet allocated deadlines for client work.
  • Prepare correspondence to clients and other bodies as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CA qualification completed or near completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients.
