Our Client
An Australian owned consumer healthcare company are expanding their supply chain function, implementing IBP and looking for a supply planner to join their team.
 
You will be working alongside another supply planner in a wider team of 4.
Your main responsibilities for the role will be:
  • Analyse metrics to identify supply risks and constraints and develop action plans
  • Liaise with suppliers and local manufacturers to ensure product is delivered on time
  • Ensure inventory control is undertaken at an agreed level to be cost effective while meeting customer needs
  • Liaise with shipping company to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor supplier performance
  • Minimise SLOB and overstocks
 
This role is based in Macquarie Park and offers hybrid working.
 
About you
You will be an experienced Supply Planner who has previous experience planning with raw materials and will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strategic view of planning
  • Proactive communication and data driven decision-making skills
