About the Company
Our client is an Australian Food service business which works closely with suppliers and distributors to provide high quality goods to all areas of the foodservice industry. They have been a major player in the Foodservice space for over 50 years and operate on behalf of 60+ foodservice distributors to increase their buying power. They provide marketing services to their suppliers and also market their own private label to their distributor customer base.
About The Role
Reporting into the National Head of Sales & Marketing, the Assistant Brand Manager will be a multi-functional, hands-on position supporting different initiatives and brands within the business. The successful candidate will administer and support a loyalty program, managing the end user portal and assist with rolling this out to members. The ABM will be supporting suppliers with marketing activities such as EDMs, promotional campaigns, and social media posts, as well as the companies core social media channels. This person would also help organise and attend events, work with internal and external stakeholders, and support reporting and administrative tasks.
About You
You will be an ambitious and passionate junior marketer, with an interest and desire to work in the Food industry. You must be willing to work across different aspects of marketing, both digital and traditional, be able to use your initiative and bring ideas to better improve processes and collaboration. You must have demonstrated Brand Management at some level and ideally have some digital marketing exposure with Google Analytics reporting. You will have come from a consumer industry, ideally having worked on marketing projects for services or loyalty programs.
