This renowned national organization is actively seeking a Digital Insights Specialist, offering a pivotal opportunity to deliver compelling insights for optimization across diverse business portfolios. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies, making it an exciting and impactful role within a dynamic environment.

High-level Remit:
  • Develop and maintain monthly website performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and drive commercial outcomes through accurate and trustworthy data insights
  • Track website key performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and contribute to end of campaign reports
  • Contribute to a comprehensive digital measurement framework, ensuring clear definition and tracking of objectives, metrics, and segments, while also performing other duties as required by the Digital Marketing Manager.
 
Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in platforms like Google analytics and Google tag manager
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective data discussions with various stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
