About the role
Reporting into the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, you will develop and implement the marketing, communications and brand strategies aligned with the organisational strategy and growth objectives. Focus on the retention and acquisition of members for the organisation by driving the brand growth and increased awareness. Oversee all marketing channels and lead a team of three direct reports:

• Support and drive membership acquisition, retention and growth.
• Develop and deliver strategic campaigns that drive growth and uptake of products and services
• Drive and support member engagement activities, through online, network, and events
• Support the continued focus on digital channels and digital uplift to support growth
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and suppliers

Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience in marketing leadership position, overseeing the marketing, brand and campaigns activities
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional channels to drive growth and engagement. Experience with digital transformation advantageous
• Experience leading a small and dynamic team
• Data led and informed marketer, with demonstrated success in measurable strategies and efforts
• Ability to build and manage internal and external stakeholders
