Chief Financial Officer
Our Client:
Our client is successful privately held business and a market leader in a B2B market in the food and consumables sector. Looking for further scale through organic growth and potential acquisitions, they are seeking a CFO to take them through this journey.
The Role:
The remit of this role is broad with responsibility for managing finance, supply chain and procurement. We are seeking a professional leader, able to truly partner with the CEO and board, laying strong foundations for further growth. The role requires a strong strategic and operational perspective, ability to grow talent and capability within the business and commercial partnership with the rest of the ELT. This is a new role, representative of the organisation's success to date and commitment to further growth.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be an accomplished CFO, with multi-functional responsibilities. Your breath of experience should span executing on a growth agenda, M&A/integration experience, strategic planning and established banking relationships. Your experience to date will include leading functions such as logistics and/or procurement, in addition to creating exceptional teams in finance. Ideally you will understand the perspective of privately held businesses seeking scale and importantly, you will have a genuine commitment to the organisations values and culture.
