About the role
Reporting into the Team Leader, Marketing Support, this role will provide the Marketing team with insights into their campaigns along with other sales and digital data. You will generate and contribute to reports and make recommendations for overall continuous improvement of the team’s service provision and program quality. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Analysing a wide range of data to provide actionable insights on marketing campaign effectiveness and areas of improvement.
  • Developing and providing high-quality reporting based on various Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics and other marketing data sources.
  • Identifying gaps in data and making recommendations to improve its quality.
  • Providing support to campaign team members to set measurable campaign KPIs and developing data literacy across the team.
  • Preparing regular reports on campaign and program performance, including ROI analysis, and making recommendations on improving the program quality.
  • Working with the Team Leader to assist with the timely delivery of performance reporting related to interdepartmental funded programs and other grants.
  • Maintaining the schedule and processes for data collection and reporting.
  • Working with Team Leader to improve existing and develop new processes to drive efficiencies across the team.
About you
  • 2 years + experience in Marketing, with demonstrated experience in campaign analysis and ROI reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Google Analytics, Power BI and similar tools to analyse data and gather insights.
  • Qualifications in Business (Marketing), Data Analytics or similar is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and providing written reports based on data analysis and drawing insights for use across the business.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with stakeholders of varying levels.
  • Strong time management and priortisation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
