Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review organisation's digital roadmap and product backlog, translating business strategies into actionable plans.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and escalate issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement policies and procedures that align with university regulations, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Maximize customer experience by managing dependencies, tracking progress, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increasing traffic, conversions, and user satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of digital producers and analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative culture.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Equivalent postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience in the field.
  • Significant experience in managing and implementing digital improvement programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Extensive experience in digital product management, prioritization, and delivering high-quality services within tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record in optimizing digital user experience while aligning with business priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of current technology landscape, user experience principles, and agile practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in delivering institutional support services and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in coaching and upskilling teams, particularly in digital product management and user experience.
  • Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative approach, along with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative.
