Position Summary:

As our Accounts Administrator, you will be the beating heart of our organization, ensuring the seamless flow of operations, communication, and general office shenanigans.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Data Processing and input of stocktake data                                                                                                                
  • General Office duties, dealing with incoming/outgoing faxes and mail, maintaining commercial filing system and office supplies.                                                                                                                 
  • Service Department, raise and process all service orders in SAP and, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, monitor and close all service jobs.                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Quality Audits, assist operations manager with audits when and where required                                                                                                                                        
  • Help the Operations manager where directed, to ensure the smooth running of the Branch and that all - legislative documentation required is updated and filed correctly        
 
Requirements:
  • SAP experience
  • Production orders experience in SAP is highly regarded
  • Great attention to detail
