About the Opportunity
The Regional Operations Manager is a senior leadership position wholly responsible for the performance of multiple sites across Eastern Victoria. Reporting to the Business Manager and leading a large team, the Regional Operations Manager is accountable for strategy development and execution, people development and the delivery of a first-class customer experience.
The Regional Operations Manager will ensure that site managers are consistently achieving KPI’s relating to safety, productivity and service in line with broader business strategy, and proactively developing and implementing improvement plans for their business. You will lead Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) performance across your region, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
The Regional Operations Manager will develop and deliver annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets for their business and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, be actively involved in business planning and strategy development. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to develop a customer-centric team culture that looks to deliver a first-class customer experience at every available opportunity.
This position can be based in either Koo Wee Rup, or Leongatha, Victoria.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in the leadership of multi-site operations previously, and a large focus on safety and continuous improvement. You will present with strong leadership qualities and have built high performing team cultures in a variety of business environments. Operationally strong and commercially astute, your ability to get the best out of your people and provide a first class customer experience will be the key to your success in this role.
