Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation transactions for multiple clubs daily.
- Assist the Finance Team with data processing tasks.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management as needed.
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and financial audits.
- Create monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the General Ledger.
- Build effective work relationships and contribute to team performance.
- Deliver responsive and efficient customer service by addressing queries in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in existing practices, systems, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Practical experience within a finance environment, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Proficiency in preparing management reports.
- Experience in general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the creation of spreadsheets and the use of formulas and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and logically.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for stakeholders.
