About the role
Due to a high level of growth and increased capacity, this is a rare opportunity to be part of shaping the strategic direction for the state and to grow your team, with 3-4 new recruits required this financial year.
 
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will have a high level of commercial acumen,  with the following skills and experience:
  • Lead the State Sales Team to deliver the State Sales Plan
  • Gather market insights to further develop the strategic plans for the state
  • Coach, manage and mentor Team Members to develop a high-performing sales team
  • Responsible for KPIs around sales growth and customer relationship management
Requirements:
  • Sales experience in food service, with solid relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
  • People management experience 
  • Strengths identifying business opportunities and growing territories through successful account management
