About the Company:

Six Degrees Executive has partnered with an Australian based company that specialises in designing and manufacturing high quality baby and children’s sleepwear and bedding products. The Company is known for it’s focus on ergonomics and creating sleep solutions that promote safe comfortable sleep for infants and babies. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to hit the ground running overseeing all digital platform with a focus on performance media, paid search, pragmatic media as well as managing the affiliate programs and EDMs.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

High-level Remit:
  • Oversee and optimize performance media channels, including paid search, display, programmatic, and paid social, with a strong focus on ROI and budget ROAS.
  • Utilize email marketing strategies to maximize platform utilization, including segmentation, automation opportunities, and omni-channel SMS/email campaigns.
  • Manage the affiliate program by maintaining day-to-day contact, applying for new affiliates, negotiating partnerships with key affiliates, managing relationships, monitoring and reporting on performance, and handling any necessary term changes.
  • Track and analyse performance across channels and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to drive ROI and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with an in-house creative team, providing insights on what visually appeals to the target audience and drives engagement. Participate in test-and-learn initiatives to optimize creative strategies.
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong background in digital media, optimisation and managing EDMs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Having experience with Google analytics is desired
