Responsibilities
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. This includes managing the marketing budget, coordinating communication strategies with external agencies, and maintaining website content. Collaborating with the digital marketing team, you will contribute to online strategies and create customer-specific marketing plans. Timely updates to the sales team, analysing category performance, and managing the innovation pipeline are also crucial aspects of the role. Maximizing profitability through product range reviews, margin analysis, and pricing reviews will be essential. Additionally, you will be involved in developing social media and email campaigns, maintaining global market connections, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

Our client is seeking a highly qualified Marketing Specialist with a strong background in product management and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in product management marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and PC skills is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills, autonomy, leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are highly valued by our client.
