Our client is a well known FMCG brand and a market leader within their sector. They are looking to bring on a Logistics Lead to their team, who will be responsible for looking after everything that falls under warehousing and transport.
The role will involve working closely with the 3PL partner and managing the relationship with them, along with monitoring their performance, setting SLAs and running weekly meetings. You will also focus on the transport model, looking at where there is room for improvement from a cost perspective.
Success Profile: We are looking for a proactive and determined candidate who can work independently and bring high energy to the team. You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills and have managed relationships with 3PL companies in the past within FMCG.
