Currently, they are actively seeking an Ecommerce Trade Manager to join their team and drive rapid growth by optimizing all aspects of their ecommerce platform and placing a strong emphasis on expansion and innovation.

High level remit:

  • Undertake day-to-day website management, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal functionality.
  • Employ effective trading strategies to optimize customer journeys and enhance user experience throughout the ecommerce platform.
  • Analyse data, heatmaps, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement brand-enhancing programs aimed at increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and boosting user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a thriving digital landscape for the business, aligning ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
