Established in 1994, our client emerged from a collaborative initiative between union and employer groups known as the industry superannuation fund movement, which originated in the late 1980s. Our client responsibly invests investors' funds in the property sector to optimize returns while keeping costs relatively low.
About the opportunity
Within the Marketing & Corporate Affairs team, there is an exciting opportunity to provide marketing support for our client's diverse portfolio of properties. Additionally, the role involves handling corporate activity for our client's master brand. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team and various business stakeholders to develop compelling content. They will also be responsible for actively managing all digital and social channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for campaign planning and execution, enabling them to assist in taking marketing campaigns to market. They will work effectively with agency partners and suppliers. Furthermore, the candidate will support the delivery of client and employee events to ensure a seamless brand experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon existing marketing experience and gain expertise in the following areas:
About you
You are a degree qualified, generalist marketer with three plus years of experience in-house or agency. Ideally, within your work, you will be viewed as the go-to person for digital and social platforms. Above all else, strong organisational and communication skills will be at the core of what you do. You love working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and your ability to prioritise tasks and project manage sees you deliver strong results.
