About the role
Reporting to the State Manager in this newly created role due to business growth, you will be responsible for managing a market leading + bespoke portfolio into the food solution channel across Brisbane. You will manage an exciting and extremely profitable territory channel including 5* Hotel Groups, restaurants and venues. You will be responsible to drive and grow sales within your territory, delivering cook ups to chefs and cooks, showcasing exciting food compositions and menu ideas. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build authentic relationships with your customer and find solution ideas to support growth of their business. Your territory will be seen as your business, with full autonomy and financial transparency of your accounts acting as the key point of contact for all orders, merchandising and reporting.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from experience working as a Sales Representative, Business Development / Territory Manager or Account Manager within food. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the HORECA, Foodservice or Food Distrubutor networks with strong understanding of both sides of the kitchen table!

- Demonstrated success growing a territory within a Sales Rep, Territory, Business Development or Account Management role.
- Proven success selling into the Foodservice / HORECA channel
- An assertive, driven and energetic sales professional with a huge passion for the food industry
- Success building long-lasting relationships with customers from a varied and premium portfolio
- Highly organised and structured in planning call cycles and forecast reporting
- Strengths in negotiation, joint business planning and identifying business opportunities
