About the role
 
Our client is a well-known retailer who are embarking on an exciting eCommerce project.  This is a newly created role for a Digital Social and Content specialist to join a team.  Reporting to the Marketing lead, you will be responsible for defining and optimising the overarching content strategy.   You will own social channels and manage implementation and reporting as well as manage the SEO agency.  Take ownership of email and SMS as a channel, managing the setup and monitoring of lifecycle CRM programs and campaigns.
 
To be successful in the role you will possess:


  • A creative flair and love for creating captivating content
  • Demonstrated understanding of organic social channels, best practices, and tactics to drive growth, engagement, and site traffic.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Klaviyo or Salesforce a benefit) and a passion for A/B testing and optimization.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing for SEO.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to autonomously direct agencies.
  • Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and prioritize workload.
  • Experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Influencing skills.
