Our Client
An innovative global FMCG company is looking for someone to lead the demand planning process across ANZ with one direct report in this newly created role.
 
Responsibilities for the role:
  • Analyse historical data, trend analysis, product life cycles and provide data driven insights
  • Lead, attend and contribute to S&OP meetings and process
  • Directly Manage the Supply Chain Analyst
  • Identify and lead the continuous improvement of demand management practices
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide clear and accurate reports and forecasts
 
This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers hybrid working.
 
About you
You will be an experienced Demand Planner who will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Strong analytical capabilities & strategic view of planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and influencing skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Proactive communication and data driven decision-making skills
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
