About the role
Reporting into the Marketing and Communications Director, this newly created role will create content (both organic and paid) that drives growth, reach, engagement and ultimately audience/donor acquisition across FightMND’s digital channels. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Delivering digital content plans to drive growth across key business areas;
  • Managing and delivering marketing and communications plans for the Big Freeze, including promotional activity and content that leverages their channels, ambassadors, partners and influencers;
  • Managing stakeholders and external suppliers;
  • Creating and managing paid social media campaigns with a focus on optimisation and lead generation;
  • Producing engaging content alongside the Graphic Designer across channels;
  • Managing the EDM and content calendar;
  • Evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities and improvements; and
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.
 Please note outside of hours work will be required during campaign periods.
 
About you
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or similar fields.
  • A minimum of two years+ experience in digital marketing/marketing related roles is essential with a proven track record in creating digital content.
  • Knowledge of digital channels and communications, including hands-on experience with email, website and social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, Wordpress, SurveyMonkey, Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager).
  • A background in agency or sport preferred.
  • An in-depth understanding of digital trends and industry best practices.
  • A positive can-do, roll up your sleeves attitude.
