About the Role:
The Supply Chain Analyst reports into the End to End Planning Manager to assist deliver complete and unbiased volume demand forecast by working cross-functionally between the commercial and operational teams. The Analyst also supports the broader planning function through data analysis, insights and reporting to ensure best practice processes and decision making can be achieved.

About the Role:
The Supply Chain Analyst reports into the End to End Planning Manager to assist deliver complete and unbiased volume demand forecast by working cross-functionally between the commercial and operational teams. The Analyst also supports the broader planning function through data analysis, insights and reporting to ensure best practice processes and decision making can be achieved.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support Demand Planning process
- Support in Logistics Invoicing Coding & Weekly Reporting
- Support the development of a robust and transparent rolling forecast
- Liaise with replenishment planners to ensure inventory levels are accurate and meet customer service levels
- Enable ongoing success, with a focus on continuous improvement of the demand planning tools and processes
- Work with multiple areas of the business to identify and solve for possible issues in a timely matter
- Participate in the S&OP process to ensure alignment on delivery requirements
- Ensure all relevant system data is at the required standards
- Support management of inventory levels, short dated stock and optimisation of stock holdings throughout the network effectively collaborating with all the involved stakeholders
- Manage data and processes via D365
- Create and maintain master data (Product)
- Convert Purchase Requisitions to orders (PO & STO) and send orders to suppliers, vendors
- Support warehouse replenishment
- Action flash sale errors
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Demand / Supply Chain Analyst
- 5-10 years minimum experience in a food manufacturing business or more in a similar role in a related industry
- Experience in dealing with customers (internal and external)
- Experience working with a 3rd party provider
- Minimum 5 year’s ERP experience
- Food Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong Microsoft skills, particularly advanced Excel
- Advanced planning and organisational skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
