About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, the Brand Manager will take ownership over execution of ANZ projects and have an input in brand planning and strategy for the local market. You will work on major projects such as a brand relaunch and packaging refresh, as well as the innovation pipeline. The successful candidate will work with the consumer insights team on sophisticated data analysis (utilising Neilsen) and play a part in performance and budget tracking. You will be responsible for managing the execution of ATL and BTL campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in the business and utilising external agencies where necessary.

About You
To be considered for this role, you must have proven Brand Management experience in an FMCG organisation with the ability to work at a fast pace on multiple projects. You must have a passion for a career in food and be excited by the prospect of creating new products and working with manufacturers and retailers. You will be a strong influencer and have a commercial mindset when it comes to Brand positioning and data analysis, and if coming from a retail background you will have experience with Neilsen data. This role is ideal for someone who is operating as a Brand Manager and looking to move into a forward thinking organisation where you can really add value.
