About the Role:
In the role of Operations and Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be essential in making sure everything runs smoothly on-site. This job will bring both challenges and job satisfaction that will provide a chance for you to further enhance your skills.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Making sure industrial machines, equipment, and buildings are well taken care of by coordinating and planning repairs and upkeep.
- Working together with different teams to make sure maintenance plans are done on time and don't disrupt ongoing work.
- Keeping track of what maintenance supplies, spare parts, and equipment we have, and making sure they're used properly.
- Looking at data about maintenance to find patterns, problems, and chances to make things even better.
- Coordinate and prepare rosters to ensure appropriate coverage of operations.
- Overseeing compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Supporting the training and development of maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
To be great at this job, you should have:
- Experience in operations coordination and maintenance management within an industrial setting.
- Good organisation skills and experience prioritising tasks, especially when there's a lot going on.
- Being good at communicating with different kinds of people and working well together in a team.
- A commitment to safety and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
- Being able to lead a team and make sure they're excited to do their best.
