Supply Chain Manager
Our client is one of Australia’s fastest growing FMCG brands and are becoming a market leader in their category. With continued investment into their business and a big year of growth ahead, they are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Sydney.
The role of the Supply Chain Manager is to lead the end to end supply chain in Australia and overseeing a team across logistics, planning and customer service and will play an active role in managing commercial partnerships with the 3PL and 3PM Partners. The role work to deliver excpetional levels of customer service and the the smooth runing of day to day opeations as well as working on the strategy to create an agile and scalable supply chain model to support the growth of the business.
Success profile we are looking for is a Supply Chain Manager preferably from a FMCG background with expertise in 3PL/4PL Logistics and Supply Chain Planning and a demonstrated ability of being successful in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, SME business that is going through a sustained period of growth and transformation. We are looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset, strong stakeholder and team leadership capabilities, and and a can-do, will-do attitude. It is important the Supply Chain Manager can find the balance of being hands-on and operational, as well as being able to step back to coach the team, get involved in cross functional projects, and creating and implementing startegies to build and sustain the supply chain operaitions.
