About the role

As a Performance Manager, you will play a vital role in driving best-in-class digital marketing campaigns for their clients. Collaborating within an integrated team, you will work on a specific client portfolio, contributing to campaign delivery and strategy across various digital channels.

Reporting directly to the Group Business Director, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the strategy, execution, and performance of search campaigns for your assigned clients
  • Gaining a deep understanding of your clients' business objectives to develop effective strategies
  • Providing guidance, best practices, and support to clients while overseeing junior team members
  • Ensuring timely workflow management and adherence to service level agreements
  • Delivering comprehensive and insightful reports to clients, highlighting performance insights and future growth opportunities
  • Demonstrating proficiency in search management platforms, with a particular emphasis on Search Ads 360
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Search specialist role
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, GDN, YouTube, Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in various paid search formats and features, including Dynamic & Responsive Search Ads, Ad Extensions & Call Tracking
  • Familiarity with Bid Management tools, such as Search Ads 360
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, taking ownership of projects when necessary
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
