About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's digital transformation, spearheading their social media governance and strategy across various platforms. Reporting to the Head of Communication and Media, you will have the chance to make a real impact by expanding our client's reach, reputation, and revenue through exemplary service-focused social media management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organisation’s non-profits mission.
  • Create engaging content across platforms to raise brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Analyse metrics and offer insights for continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure consistent messaging through strategic social media content. 
  • Manage content calendar and campaign time lines.
  • Utilise data insights to target audiences effectively.
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns to raise awareness, drive donations, and support fundraising efforts.
  • Cultivate partnerships with influencers and volunteers.
  • Monitor sector conversations for advocacy opportunities.

About you
  • Min 3+ years in social media or community management.
  • Proven track of record of building and nurturing engaged social media communities.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills for prioritisation, communication, and problem resolution.
  • Skilful copywriting with keen attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
  • Proficient in crafting and implementing strategic social media campaigns to raise awareness and funds initiatives will be an advantage.
  • Passionate about creating a positive impact in the not-for-profit sector.
  • High levels of enthusiasm and strong moral compass, recognising the positive influence of constructing and nurturing a connected community.
