The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will have access to the best tools and systems in market to achieve results. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to expand our client’s reach, engage with their target audience, and increase conversions. You'll leverage your expertise in CRM, SEM, social media, content marketing and analytics to drive measurable results.

Marketing Automation:
Your Skill Set
General Experience:
Architect strategies and execute campaigns from inception to reporting.
Create conversion-focused copy across social media (Facebook Business Manager & LinkedIn).
Experienced CRM user with a preference for Salesforce.
Expertise in EDM copywriting, segmentation, and tracking.
Familiarity with basic CMS updates and UX/UI liaisons.
A background in property or financial services is highly regarded, but not essential.
Technical Proficiency:
Previous experience using Salesforce and Pardot is highly regarded, but not essential.
Knowledge of WordPress and grasp HTML/CSS fundamentals.
Data reporting and visualisation tools experience (particularly Tableau) will be beneficial.

- Own Salesforce & Pardot, orchestrating seamless customer journeys.
- Craft, optimize, and fine-tune customer interactions.
- Report on key metrics through dashboards and reports.
- Streamline workflows, automating internal processes.
- Champion training and documentation for new users.
- Craft and execute cross-channel campaigns with precision.
- Implement test strategies for A/B testing for optimal conversions.
- Track, analyze, and optimize key campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with creative partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Collaborate to curate captivating content across platforms.
- Create web content that balances SEO, user experience, and conversions.
- Lead conversion testing and collaborate on technical improvements.
