Senior Research Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role
The focus of the role is to be a conduit between R&D and manufacturing and deliver on R&D projects. It is a cross functional role, driving the delivery of technical tasks from concept to implementation and handover to manufacturing. It would be ideal if this individual can look at continuous improvement and generate new ideas to improve or innovate.
About You
Demonstrated ability to take briefs and product development requirements, and manufacturing engineering experience with strong project management expertise, is critical. Ideally process or chemical engineering qualifications, and at least 6 years’ experience in developing new manufacturing technologies and delivery R&D projects, would be highly regarded. The ability to influence without authority, and clear communication skills would see this person successfully integrated into the team.
Benefits
Attractive base salary between $145- $165K with a lucrative bonus scheme, plus the benefits of working with a listed company.
