Job Summary


Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for improving operational efficiency? Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join their team and drive positive change within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to enhance performance and productivity. Your expertise in process optimization with strong analytical skills and a knack for collaboration, optimisation and ability to drive change will be of great benefit. The initial change is to work closely with the sales team and implement a redesigned sales strategy whilst finding improvements in the overall supply chain, manufacturing operations and automisation. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Assess current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Process Design and Redesign: Develop and propose optimized workflows, automation solutions, and procedural changes.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful integration of process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs and make ongoing adjustments to maintain and enhance process performance.
  • Change Management: Effectively communicate and manage process changes across all stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align processes with organizational goals.
  • Technology Integration: Explore and implement technology solutions to streamline operations where applicable.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with process modifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate process documentation for compliance and reference.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on process optimization progress.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and driving change in sales strategy 
  • Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and change management abilities.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
