At this organisation, we are on the lookout for an accomplished Production Manager to spearhead operations at their dedicated site. Your paramount mission will be to establish and uphold manufacturing processes that are not only safe and efficient but also consistently yield the highest quality products at the most cost-effective rates. In tandem with this, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing a diverse team, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and resources to meet production targets, reduce downtime, and uphold rigorous safety standards. Above all, this role places a significant emphasis on people management and culture-building, as you will be instrumental in fostering an environment where each team member thrives, ensuring a cohesive, motivated workforce.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant qualifications in site operations and management, Workplace Health & Safety, & Process Improvement highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of a manufacturing/production site.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior site leadership role with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Background in manufacturing, technical, engineering, or mechanical roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both internal and external interactions.
