- Maximize sales and profit of company products.
- Maintain existing customer base and develop a business development plan.
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with market trends.
- Foster strong working relationships across the organization.
- Accurately forecast product demand and provide monthly reports.
- Stay informed about focus segments and drive project communication.
- Manage key accounts with a focus on product range and pricing.
- Competence in Consultative Selling.
- Engaging personality with effective communication skills.
- High energy and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel.
- Can embrace change and evolution.
- Work effectively as part of a team while taking individual responsibility.
